Responsibilities.
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance duties in a professional and timely manner.
- Changing of light fittings, taps, bath panels, decorating, tiling and fitting of kitchens and bathrooms (an advantage but not a requirement).
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Attend training and development courses as required.
Requirements.
- Proven experience in property maintenance, with the ability to undertake a range of tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Own tools and van preferred.
- Gas Safe Engineers and NICEI registered electrical installers also required up to £200 per day depending on experience.
